Go to your Dream Destination with KFC Krushers

Summer may be officially over but that doesn’t mean you no longer get a chance to go to your dream destination. Whether its the water world of Venice in Italy, the picturesque cliffs of Santorini, Greece and the glitter and romance of Paris in France, all that is possible with KFC Krushers Sweet Escape Photo Contest.

All you need is a cup of KFC Krushers and a good eye to feed your wanderlust.

1. The task: Take a photo of you and your barkada enjoying KFC Krushers anywhere in the Philippines.
2. The challenge: Make it look like the photo was taken in another country. The more creative, the better.
3. The prize: An all-expense paid getaway to the country you chose to recreate.

Say, you want to visit the Parthenon in Greece. You don’t have to go far. Scour the Philippines for stately columns (The Manila Post Office will do), frame your barkada against the shot, hold on to your Krushers cup, and press click.

Send your photo to www.krusherszone.com, where all Sweet Escape snapshots will be judged based on votes and creativity.

Other photo suggestions include the Manila Zoo as an African Safari in Tanzania, the EDSA Shrine as Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Little Tokyo in Makati as the Harajuku District of Japan. You can send as many entries as you like!

Any dream destination in mind? Before that, take a pick from the six variants of KFC Krushers to help complete your sweet escape promo. Choose from the fruity yoghurt line in Strawberry Lush, Mango Mania, and Berry Banana flavors, or the classic favorites in Kookies ‘N’ Kream, Mocha Krunch, and Rockin’ Road variants.

I’m sure some of you, if not all, know who Moymoy Palaboy is. I don’t know about you, but I really find their performances really funny, in a good way of course. So when Crocs recently launched a campaign, hosted by Mo Twister and Grace Lee, in support of their 24 outlets in the Philippines via an online video challenge, I was up for it.

The campaign comes with three main components — the Crazy for Crocs online video challenge, the Crazy for Crocs Grand Raffle and the Crocs Pick-a-Prize. Of course, what better way to launch this campaign is to watch Moymoy Palaboy themselves perform their most famous acts. My favorite? Their rendition of Wonder Girls’ Nobody.

So, the next question is, how do I join? Simple. All you need to do is shoot a video and upload it to YouTube. There will be themes which will be assigned by the DJ’s from Magic 89.9′s Good Times radio show. Participants will have to beat these challenges and capture them on video. These videos will then be uploaded to YouTube, after which they will be posted as an official entry on the contest website. No need for flashy cameras and editing what-nots. All you need is an inch of creativity and a bit of daring streak.

The most exciting part of course is the prizes at stake. Contestants to the weekly challenges will get the chance to win Canon digital cameras while the monthly challenges stand to win a whopping P100,000 each month.
