Every year, Mary Kay embarks on a CSR campaign that’s called “Beauty That Counts.” 1 product is chosen and sold worldwide, which is a lipstick in a certain shade, and a certain percentage or amount is donated to a local charitable institution per country.
On their 10th year anniversary, they started selling the Beauty That Counts(TM) Mary Kay Crème Lipstick in Inspiration Pink shade. It is a shade specially made for their CSR campaign with the unique packaging that says “Thank You” written in 13 different languages.

Many of their sales force and their customers are embarking on this same CSR campaign to change the lives of women and children around the world. $1 (or Php 45) from every sale of the lipstick will be donated to the Welcome House of Good Shepherd.
